Robert holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in engineering and is a registered Expert in Reliability. He has worked with reliability and maintainability for more than twenty-five years and has managed and performed R&M (reliability and maintainability) tasks for Biotechnology, Semiconductor, Military and Defense, Telecommunications Electronic Switching and Fiber Optic Communications systems. Robert uses Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) reliability analysis software from Relex and from Reliasoft for probabilistic systems analyses. He also consults in HALT/HASS/HASA Profile Development, Installation and Test working with Qualmark Inc, providers of high quality Environmental Test Chambers like the Typhoon 3.0..
He has been a contributing writer to the Reliability column at the former website chipcenter.com, and published 19 articles on Reliability Engineering. He is a member of the Society of Reliability Engineers' IEC TC56 International Reliability Standards Working Group. He is also a full-member of the PATCA and IEEE Consultants Network Registries. He serves Huntington Beach and all of California plus international hi-tech industries.
