ERI’s Reliability Specialists
In order to help you solve immediate Reliability problems, ERI offers a group of reliability and durability consultants. For vibration and shock related subjects you might want to take a look at ERI's Vibration and Shock Specialists.
Click on individuals in the list below to know more about each of our specialists or to send them an e-mail:
Anderson, Roger J. - Roger has over 30 years of experience in the field of Acoustics. His consulting firm, Acoustics & Noise Control, provides consulting services for all aspects of Noise and Vibration.
Beniwal, Ravi - Ravi is currently SenSound’s Senior Diagnostician, responsible for managing the firm’s noise diagnostic testing services. He designs and codes interactive data visualization and analysis modules for SenSound’s HELS-based nearfield acoustic holography (NAH) products.
Bliley, Gene - Gene has 29 years of extensive manufacturing and quality systems experience. His consulting firm, Bliley Consulting LLC, provides Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) solutions to manufacturing and R&D facilities.
Brenner, Steve - His experience includes the entire range of climatic and dynamic testing, including HALT, HASS and long term reliability testing.
Douthit, David - Dave has over 30 years experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuitry and systems. He is Mil-STD-2000 qualified and is an electronics reliability expert.
George, Larry - Larry has more than 20 years of field reliability experience including employment, contracts, consulting, and free service.
Jenkins, James F. - A professional engineer in Corrosion Engineering and also certified as a Corrosion Specialist by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).
Kalal, Ted - Ted has a very broad background in electronics covering design, quality and reliability engineering.
Merritt, Udell - Instructor for the Strain Gage Course under JACMET, a cooperative effort between Arizona State University and Arizona corporations to promote continuing education for employees in technical fields.
Newberger, Joel - Joel teaches a "hot subject": cooling. This subject is increasingly critical (especially with electronics units which are getting smaller, with more power being dissipated).
Parker, William H., PE, NCE - Bill has over 30 years experience in solving EMI (electromagnetic interference) problems and performing EMI testing. He also has taught EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) seminars for over 20 years, throughout the USA and abroad.
Poltz, Robert - Problem solvers in reliability of design, Robert Poltz, as President of Design Analytx International heads reliability engineering efforts to analyze hi-tech systems during design and development project phases, minimizing recurring costs of maintenance during product life cycle.
Riddle, John - Multi-axis vibration fixtures involving electronics, VXI Buss data acquisition systems, test fixtures, environmental test equipment, product carriers, instrumentation, process control.
Scaturro, Milton - A registered professional engineer, certified manufacturing engineer, industrial coating inspector and a marine coating inspector.
Schwab, Harry - Harry is a registered Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in vibration analysis and testing. He is a specialist in developing vibration environments for product testing and HALT/HASS, as well as co-author of the book "Accelerated Testing, a Practitioner's Guide to Accelerated and Reliability Testing", which is available through the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
Shust, Bill - Technically skilled in topics of mechanical design and integrity, including component design, endurance tests, noise and vibration problem solving, modal analysis, litigation support and finite element modeling.
Smith, Richard D. - Rick is a result oriented professional engineer with extensive experience as a technical manager, system architect, and an individual contributor. Turnkey real-time systems and process automation are specialties, including both hardware and software.
Tustin, Wayne - Wayne's particular ability lies in his easy-to-understand explanations of topics relating to vibration and shock testing, measurement, analysis and calibration. This ability assists groups and individuals to communicate, to arbitrate and (hopefully) not to litigate.
Walton, Jim - Jim develops software for quantifying video image-based motion measurements in oceanography, marine biology, noise and vibration, vehicle dynamics, product design and development, flight-test engineering, ergonomics, biomechanics, and more.
Wegner, Bruce - Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace and weighing system industry. Areas of expertise include strain gage, thermocouple, pressure, torque, load cells, slip rings and telemetry.
Wright, Charles "Chuck" - Developer of the Measurements Engineering Department for a leading satellite manufacturer. Chuck has experience in the design and operation of advanced multichannel, computer-driven measurement and data acquisition systems for test and evaluation.
